Description
Description
Red black core with a thin purple halo. On the nose it presents itself as a classic Vargellas, balanced and elegant, with pure aromas of forest fruits and fresh plums, with a touch of citrus and quince. Subtle spicy notes – nutmeg, anise and cocoa – stand out through the fruit. The typical floral character of Vargellas, reminiscent more of jasmine than the characteristic aura of violets, is associated with resinous and mentholated notes of wild herbs. A discreet minerality gives a firm finish. The palate reveals tight, muscular tannins and ends in an explosion of fresh fruit flavors. An elegant Vintage Individual Farm, safe and perfectly balanced.
