The Adega de Borba, besides its notoriety in the production of Alentejo wines, using traditional grape varieties from the Borba region, has a great tradition in the production of brandies. Pomace is the product resulting from the pressing of the wine masses from wine making, which are distilled in their own distillation vessels, strictly following temperatures and distillation times, thus ensuring the separation of different alcohols, the genuineness and quality of our brandies.
