Winemaking of Encontro Primeiro Encontro White 2015: Total destemming, 48-hour skin maceration, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification, and alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC. 50% of the wine underwent alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by 6 months of bâtonnage.
